Summer fun is definetly here.Had a good ride with fellow FFr JM .Took him up to torry ridge to show him fitness is relative(where else can you travel 3mph and have a heart rate of 180)We were lucky and greeted with strong winds at the top to cool us down from the supposed 100 degree temps(it felt much cooler).Visited the INSANE rock ledge leading into sherando lake,that Jeremiah and I climbed with our carbon souled shoes and bikes in hand 1 day.(the top is 4 pictures down)It pains me to even think about that much effort.Those were the days....Next stop 16,000 ft+ mountains here comes the head aches........
